Except it's Ukraine's civilian electrical infrastructure and water supply being decimated, not Russian soldiers'.  And it's Russia who is putting an extra 300,000 troops on the battlefield and despite the months-long cries from the Western media that "omg Russia is running out of ammo and rockets" they clearly appear to be ramping UP the missile attacks, and apparently Ukraine has insufficient air defenses to avoid their cities being struck.

I guess we'll see who's right soon, huh?
