I'm as surprised as anyone but look, the Bengals O-line has been trash all season, might be even worse than in Joe's first season.   He lost his favorite receiver.   They have no running game.  The run defense sure isn't up to the task of stopping Cleveland's studs.   Cleveland has always had a better defense.   The only reason the Bengals were favored (by about 3) was because of Brisett and the W-L records of the teams.   No one expected this drubbing, but no one shoudl be surprised that the Browns covered or even won.

When you have a WR like Chase that's such a large percentage of their offense, it severely hurts to lose him.

He (and Burrow) have been mostly good enough to mask all the problems, but with Chase gone for a decent stretch, those down sides are really going to be glaring.

/Course, this is the NFL and I could have this totally wrong, but I doubt it.

I'm beginning to believe that the Bengals are not going back to the Super Bowl this year.

Browns probably put up a powerful paywall defense like that article.
