Well, not really. She retweeted (then deleted) a video she didn't watch all the way through. The shutdowns were nothing to do with her. Just plain old Covid outbreaks in general.

It's going to be interesting reading all the day one reviews of Wakanda Forever from the Farkers who solemnly vowed they were going to boycott the movie because of Ms. Wright's stance.

That reminds me.. I saw someone in WoW with the character name 'ISPREADCOVID'.  I looked closer.. ah, a death knight.  Well, that makes it semi-okay.  They do spread disease.

One of the shooting delays was because you had to be vaccinated to fly out of England at the time and she wasn't. So it took over a week and who knows how much is palm greasing to get her back.

I remember when the auction house floors were regularly covered in bones, yes.   I wasn't quite sure why at the time.  It was an interesting model in how pandemics can spread.

It reduced transmissibility quite a bit through Delta. With the new variants it reduces the illness period a ton - which means a smaller period of shedding and a whole lot loss virus being excreted each day. I hope even a rocket scientist like you can understand how transmission is a bit different with a severe infection verses someone like me that finally got Covid (after 2 vaccinations and 2 boosters) and only had a slight sore throat and a sniffle for three days.

I would LOVE to see Viola Davis play a middle-aged Marvel character, like a Professor X circa the time when he started creeping on the then 16-year-old Jean. She always brings the right sort of menace.

/Professor X is not the good guy. He's like the Jedi - less bad than the alternative, but still more than a bit of tyrant.

I'm still very disappointed that Alfre Woodard was basically a throwaway character in the MCU's Civil War. She did excellent in the role as the grieving mother, but damn she deserved more screen time than 5 minutes.

Giancarlo Esposito is the Professor X we need. He doesn't want to play a bad guy but he'd make a great morally gray "good guy".

Being black would explain why no one has seen him so far too. "You think I'd have survived a day if the US government had known a black man had this kind of power? I saw what they did to Isaiah Bradley."
