They only paid some $490 million for the 2008 financial crisis?
Can I only pay $0.01 to settle a speeding ticket and receive a no fault judgement so my insurance doesn't go up?
Let me take a guess, Goldman and the rest have no credit problems despite the global crisis they caused which included undermining the ratings agencies.
Why are these companies still allowed to do business in banking and securities?
