No. Take his sight, hearing and tongue, and make it so the only place he shiats is through a tube. Then put him on tv and go to work on him until he's almost dead. Let him recover for a few months then do it again. Let's see how many years he can last. He's allowed to die when he begs for it, loudly and frequently. And he can serve as a televised warning to others of his ilk.
