In this case I was just being glib, but there actually are some porntubers who make educational content. Usually it's the amateur/semi-pro people that post on pronhub, but occasionally an actual pro will make one too.  They're presented totally seriously -- I mean, they have fun with it since it's a 'tee-hee' type topic, but they talk about anatomy, communication, etc.  I haven't seen one for strap-ons, but I'll bet one could be found.  If not, I'd bet one could be requested from one of the content creators.
