Can understand the concern - some random just storing boxes of them wherever was handy could indeed lead to some unpleasant finding out - both for the barber and any adjacent businesses

Beahahaha.  I got busted for more fireworks that than at 14 and the only thing that happened to me was the cop turned me over to my mom.
