Been served by those a few times, only once or twice did a customer before us grab our food and made a human need to come over and sort things out.

I dunno, they look really top heavy, I imagine it wouldn't take much more then a little push with your foot around the midpoint.

A sushi/hibachi place near me uses one to deliver sushi to the hibachi tables.

It's cute. My kids think it's adorable.

Funny thing is that they have an actual waiter follow it around because it gets in the way and people often grab the wrong plate, so it isn't actually saving anything.
