Vyvanse doesn't work as well for me - neither does Ritalin. And I can adjust my dosage as needed with addies.

Just a pinch.  Dissolved in a glass of wine.  Drink the wine over 15-20 minutes.  You'll get a pleasant, energetic but controlled state of alertness for a few hours.

It is tough to be reliant on something and not to be able to get your fix.

Something tells me that there would be plenty to go around if people did not abuse it for off-label purposes.

It was. When that episode aired I remember wondering if Adderall was illegal in Canada like it is virtually everywhere else, but not enough to actually google it.

The big problem is sometimes pharmacies run low on dextroamphetamine and you can't call and ask if they have any.

And you have to have an Rx in hand to ask in person - otherwise they won't answer either.

But yeah, switching from Adderall to just straight dextroamphetamine made dealing with pharmacies so much easier...

Same here. Vyvanse was meh. Ritalin didn't do a damn thing. Give me the motherfarking amphetamines.

tolerance.  Children today are born with caffeine in their blood. They have to upgrade pretty soon after being born or they won't be able to get into the good pre-schools.

Vyvanse is always available because it is stupidly expensive and not generic. Shire's savings card has at the most saved me $60 on an over $300 monthly bill. And the stupid amount of hassle to get the prescription filled each month is anoying.

Also i heard a out the aderrall shortage from my father yesterday before i saw news on it. My decade now retired Rx father. Apparently there is a limit and the amount of aderrall that can be manufactured each year. I mention he's been retired for a decade, because the limit was hiat regularly when he was still an Rx.

Meanwhile, in the 70's he used to be able to hand out amphetamines as free samples.

Interesting.  What got me through undergrad was coffee and cigarettes (Camels, Lucky Strikes, hand-rolled cigarettes).  But what got me through grad school was beer and cigars.  And I had a higher GPA in grad school.

I really hope it helps your partner. I'm not a doctor. From personal experience, anti anxiety meds helped me. Aderall made me jumpy as fark. It kind of sort of accelerated personality traits that were already there.

I doubt it is. "Rits" rhymes with "rips", and given Keeso & Tierney's penchant for rhyming I'm guessing that's why they used it.

White crosses are pseudoephedrine and harder to find than meth. And Dexatrim was just caffiene if I remember correctly.
