natazha:I've tried mega-marshmallows in S'Mores, but it is very difficult to melt the inside without charring the outside.
That's the biggest issue and requires a lot more patience.
OTOH, some of my family members devised a gluten-free s'more with the mega-mallows. Cut a slit in the marshmallow, insert the piece of chocolate, and carefully toast the marshmallow until the chocolate melts.
