One of the leftovers that we brought home from the cottage.  These are also  "mega" -sized and make very tasty s'mores.

That's the biggest issue and requires a lot more patience.

OTOH, some of my family members devised a gluten-free s'more with the mega-mallows.  Cut a slit in the marshmallow, insert the piece of chocolate, and carefully toast the marshmallow until the chocolate melts.
