Nah, if you're a fugitive, do apply with the sheriff's office.

She qualifies as one of the world's dumbest criminals.

We need more criminals just like her

To be fair, there's a favorable probability a county sheriff won't care if they or one of their deputies is a criminal.

I thought this was a requirement for public office in some places.

That's almost clever. Work from inside. Oh, that name must be a coincidence.

They'll never find me if I'm workin' amongst them! The last place they would look!

After all, this thug rage murderer - the Simon Says motel killer:

So apparently Blue Streak was not a documentary. Good to know.

You're supposed to get the badge before committing the crimes, not after.

"Fugitive arrested after deciding to apply for job with N.J. sheriff's office"

Pretty sure it was the doing, not the deciding, that did her in. Maybe TFA desperately wanted to chide her for her thought process, but unnecessary words in headlines would make editors cry if publications had those anymore.

Why not, it's a criminal gang too.

This one still absolutely boggles the mind.  Why the Federal Government didn't step in on this one is beyond me.  Especially after seeing how the prosecution and judge literally went out of their way to exclude anything and everything that showed his guilt, not to mention that he had a habit of using his position as an officer to intimidate and otherwise mess with people "for the lols".

She sounds perfect for law enforcement.
