Yeah... The killer got away with it. In all likelihood, they are also dead. I wouldn't put them younger than 83, and if it was a middle aged dude then... Nope, sorry.

The thing is cops don't want to look for missing people. And that works out real good for people like Jeffery D.
Someone need to take a hammer to cops. Metaphorically speaking of course.
