That is how you win elections damn it.  I had 21 spam calls one day last month.  I would have voted for freaking Pete Rose for president if he can make this shiat stop.

The scariest one I almost fell prey to was an insurance scam. It happened to be right at open enrollment for insurance at work and these people kept calling themselves "the help desk" asking to finish enrollment. They would speak in agreeable general terms to finish the enrollment for additional savings I started giving my name and my address, but then it started making no sense that they needed so much. So I stopped providing info and asked them to prove they were with my company insurance and they hung up on me. Thankfully they did before I gave vital info, but freaked me out.

They kept calling for days after saying the calll was interrupted and to finish the enrollment, I kept cussing them out and hung up. Reported them several times too.

Unfortunately, political calls are exempted from the robocall rules (afaik).  Funny how that works isn't it?  Politicians made a little carve out for themselves.

I hate even putting this out in the universe, but I never get the political calls.   Spectrum/ATT/direct TV call three times a day each.
