I have zero interest in Shuri as BP. None. She was my least favorite character from Wakanda (and BP 1 is among my bottom 5 MCU flicks) and it's not close. Put me 100% on Team Namor, but I'll be skipping this until it hits D+.

Is she officially in? I was hoping Nakia would get the... Uh... Mask? Costume?


It's not official and probably won't be until the movie but the trailer clearly focuses on her face which shows her markings, and when the panther is shown at the end the mask has the same markings, so it probably is her, which sucks because as a person she sucks, but it makes sense, she's the current heir to Wakanda and Bassett, while a badass, likely wasn't an option.

I'd have preferred Nakia or Okoye though. Unless M'Baku loses weight and gets some nice shapely boobs.

Yeah, I always thought they looked stupid in the comics but now that I've seen them flapping.....wow. It just  smacked in the face as one of the dumbest thing ever. Itty bitty pigeon wings help a grown man/fish fly? Asinine.

I should clarify it's a very minor gripe for me, I'll accept it just as I do a sentient, enchanted hammer
