Insulae are Roman, and around 2000 years after these things were made.  Ancient Greek would be something like sunoikíai.  But this would be Mycenean, so who the hell knows.

Could be a scoring system for another game. Like maybe a tournament of "Oware/Mancala" or the game of Mehen.
