They should be scared of him. He's a legit contender in '28

2022-10-01 12:37:59 PM
That's because he's going to run for president.

And he has a broad appeal among Democrats and independents. Of course they're farking scared

The opposite of that is why is FOX supporting Oz?

He's a quack and a charlatan but he's running as a Republican.  That's all.

he has a posse

That is a prejudiced stereotype. Mice don't actually like cheese; it's too pungent and we will only ever really eat it out of desperation.

Now if you'd thrown a peanut butter cracker...

For some reason, the TV at work yesterday was showing Stupidfux Business and they were saying "Fetterman's soft on crime!" Apparently, that's the latest talking point they want to drill into their cultists' heads.

They were afraid of Bernie and AOC, until the Democratic Party minimized their influence in favor of Third-Way corporate coddling. insha'Allah Fetterman will be a continuing trend of leftists/progressives, that the Party can't ignore and fail to try to shut out while pushing for lobbyist bribes.

The man that they pretend that they --and their listeners - are?  Tough, no-nonsense, can kick your ass?

He points up what a flaccid, soggy, sad little pile of human waste they really are.  Even the blind could see it.

You bet they're scared

Yeah they're afraid of him. According to the article he is "more six other competitive."
I'm afraid.

I like him, but when he was on MSNBC with Stephanie Ruhl not long ago it raised some concerns that she was asking him different questions and he went to canned answers about other topics.

I love how often republicans say "shut up and sing," out of one corner of their mouth, and then praise Trump and Reagan out of the other.

More like he's a genuine populist and the right has devoted all of its resources for the last 12 years or so to pushing their own demented flavor of populism. He's got a way better chance than Bernie of winning back the working class vote and isn't doing it by pretending white supremacy isn't a problem. They're right to be scared.

Jesus Christ "song in favor of heroin"? Goddamn, the fox crowd has to be getting really old these days if they feel comfy distorting the meaning of one of the greatest NIN songs ever.

Yep.  They spent a LONG time teaching Americans to reflexively hate Hillary before she made her run.  Usually they're incapable of focusing on long goals, but I think the fear of a competitor is always 'in the present' with them, so whoever is at the top of the pile is a target no matter how far off the competition might be.

Trump obliterated that long before Oz.  He represents literally everything Republicans allege to despise, yet they idolize the man.  Trump exposed that they believe in nothing but power and hate.  You never have to entertain a Republican's lies, about anything, ever again, for the rest of your life.

Don't Troll Me Bro!: Jesus Christ "song in favor of heroin"? Goddamn, the fox crowd has to be getting really old these days if they feel comfy distorting the meaning of one of the greatest NIN songs ever.

Same as it ever was. The right has been using Born in the USA and We're No Gonna Take It for decades, either misunderstanding or not caring about the actual meaning of the lyrics.

Yes, the right has been absolutely terrified of Bernie Sanders because he splits democratic votes and helps them win.

That's 3/4 of the Oz/Republican ads. Unfortunately that's because It's working. People really have their heads in the sand when it comes to Fetterman. This is turning into Clinton 2016.

Got it.

I hate to hear that, I'll have to see if I can find it. I love the guy but I wish he wouldn't have refused to do a debate with Oz.
Every Republican that's refused to debate has gotten slammed here.

Hell, the two most beloved "conservatives" of the modern era were both high-profile Hollywood celebrities before becoming president, one a movie star, the other a reality TV star who has appeared in dozens of movies and TV shows.

I didn't know that joining the Democratic Party, to run for their primary, then support the victor of the primary, is doing the same thing you Fark Centrists accused Ralph Nader of doing! People like you just hate progressives when they refuse to shut up about Democratic Party issues caused from within the Party.

You want to win against the Republicans? Then get more politicians like Fetterman, AOC and Sanders who will work to fulfill campaign promises, and keep away/remove politicians like Manchin and Sinema who are traitors who collude with Republicans, block Democratic Party campaign promises, and work to destroy the Democratic Party from within!

Wait until he wins.  Then the smear campaign will really get going.  Dark PAC money funneled to PIs looking for the one time he didn't pay a parking ticket in college and turning that into a violation of the Geneva Convention, somehow.

It's difficult to refute sincerity in a politician.  Unfortunately, it's also difficult to get, find,or maintain sincerity in a politician, either...  Unless, of course, it's sincere belief in fascism, bigotry, plutocracy... those seem to work just fine.  The proper sort is much rarer.
