Definitely. If they had made the foil a different color, they could have argued they were different enough, but these definitely look intentionally like Lindt.

I dunno the knockoff Aldi chocolate is pretty solid. Maybe not quite as good as Lindt but way better than any Easter candy you are going to find at any other US grocery store. It is a tradition to hit up aldi after Easter with the kids.
