Last month of Tuesday farmers market each time I bought pound bags of raspberries. Smooshed them up, placed in a large ziploc bag, flattened it out to 1/4 inch thick, pop it in the freezer. I can break off any size peice of raspberries I want. Raspberry sun tea is delicious, strain it out before putting it in the jug...

I just had steel cut oats for breakfast this morning (courtesy of Mr. InstantPot).  Put 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in with the oats... not sure that really added anything.

Added some maple syrup because I forget we also had pecan pumpkin butter (and we are in pumpkin times).  I sliced a bosc pear but served that on the side, not to collide with the pumpkin butter.

Had a mad scramble of a morning yet was sufficiently fueled.

/what was claire talking about, again?

I always defrost them first, and stir in the berries after the oatmeal has finished cooking. Blueberry juice makes it a nice violet color... or a little more on the red side.

Mango chunks are good, but they take longer to defrost. Bananas are good, too, but will turn to mush if they're sliced too thin.

Also, the photo in that article shows fresh fruit in the oatmeal.

No Claire. Weight lifting was supposed to be the new you.

Steel cut oats and don't be shy with the peanut butter whey.

You're not following the whey. You're promoting carbs on carbs.
