If my company was outside of an evac zone, and I had employees who lived inside the evac zone and I had a building build to handle a cat 5....

Definitely makes me think it's a Scientology run company. They will be using their OT powers to push the hurricane away from Clearwater.

I don't see Florida as a very pro-worker state.  Even so, any workers comp claims will only cover the employee, not his  or her family

Its against the law to make your employees come intonwork during an evacuation.   The guy is an ass running a company in a dying industry, let a hurricane take out the building, collect the insurance amd STOP SENDING postcard advertisements!!!!  They don't work!
I collect my mail once a week, it's about 6 inches to a foot tall.  Once I sort it out I have a full garbage pail, a bill or 2 and a bjs coupon book.
Stop cutting down trees to make postcards we all just throw away.
