I bought a 6-er of a local microbrew Hefeweizen. Shiat's actually pretty disappointing, but I'm powering through.

I must abstain tomorrow (and today) from drinking so that I can ride my bike Thursday. But I'll make up for it Thursday after my ride. I suppose afterwards I'll go to a public house for a burger and a beer. Then bring home many pint cans of local beers. Mmmm, delayed celebrations.

I've had a subdued evening compared with my former drinking ways but did check out this year's Coopers Vintage Ale, the 2022 has just hit the stores so I got one. Pretty good, will be better in six months.

It's my wife's birthday. I'll be drinking after I tell her one of her gifts is stuck in New Jersey, and the other one (data recovery efforts on our wedding DVD that got super scratched) failed to recover anything. That DVD was the last time her dad sang before cancer took his vocal cords.

Doc didn't say anything about avoiding alcohol before my procedure, so I'll have one later.  Sun's not even up yet.

I have three taps in my basement with the remainders of my Spring / Summer beers: English Brown Ale, Czech Pilsner, and Classic German Hefe. I'll need to finish those off so I can keg the Fall / Winter stuff.

Coffee and beer in New England here!  The legal ganja doesn't hurt.  Flying back to New Orleans in a bit- I needed a break from the humidity.

As it's not April 7th, I plan on celebrating by not following marketing instructions.
