Our neighbor plays his chickens classical music. I asked the chickens who their favorite composer is. They all said, "Bach... Bach... Bach Bach Bach."

I haven't had fried chickens feet in a dog's age.

I'm an adventurous eater. Always have been.

But chicken feet is where I draw the line. They literally spend their entire lives running around barefoot in chicken poop. And all for virtually no meat.

Was at the Asian grocer picking up some things oh, maybe a week ago.

Dude in line in front me was lanky older white dude with a heavy Texas drawl. He both looked like a cowboy and was dressed like one.

And that son of a biatch bought every single chicken foot from their butcher counter. Didn't ask him what he was making, but he was clearly happy to be recreating some sort of deep south comfort food from his childhood.

4.26 ounces in 60 seconds? I've never had them, Are they difficult to eat for some reason cause 4 ounces doesn't seem like very much. What is that, like two chicken feet?

Oh okay it was 3 1/2 chicken feet. Still, that doesn't seem like much so maybe I'm missing something.

Let me ask...do you like assplay with whoever or like eating hot dogs?

I assume that she had to spit out the bones, clean.  Joey Chestnut couldn't leave a pile of hot dog buns behind, after all.

On that note, some Asians have a taste for fried pork intestine.  Yea.  If you don't clean those out really well, they are abhorrent, and the dipping sauce doesn't help much when that happens.

You can order tripas on tacos too.  I'd honestly rather have tripas from the taco truck.  The spice combo and cooking method actually makes me forget where they are from.

Nose to tail, my friend.

I use chicken feet cooked in white wine to start my chicken soup base. It's a excellent start to a flavorful meal.
