Whatever will the poor social media influencers do, now that their favorite local snapchat spot is gone?

Well it didn't float away. And it couldn't have disintegrated. So where is it?

Don't worry, if the disturbing baby dolls are anything to go by, it'll probably wash up in Florida in the next few weeks. Since it's brown, DeSantis will likely put it on the first plane back.

Little J-B Weld and it'll be good as new.

I would imagine the crashing storm surge and high winds might have pushed it back into the sea

at least it wasn't drunken assholes like in Oregon doing it on purpose.

It most likely shattered along the layers (that can be seen in the photos.)  It isn't just a big hunk of of rock now.

Was wondering the same. Doesn't appear to be any sign of it in the pics.

My guess is it was actually papier mache.

Where did it go?

Sure, I can understand that it fell over, but a rock of that size shouldn't just wash away. Something took it away, and it sounds like the government is covering it up.

Why does the Canadian government need to cover up the disappearance of a large rock like this? Was there something inside of it that they don't want us to know about?

I'm just asking questions here.

Look at the second to last pic in the article and I_am_weasel's pic above. See those large vertical cracks in the middle and near the top of the rock? See the natural horizontal cracks all over the rock? It looks like a giant Janga puzzle about to come down. So I'm going to say yeah, it disintegrated. Probably took a few hours for the waves and tides to smooth it all out, but that rock never had a chance once it went down.

I live on the left coast and we used to have kegger parties at a beach north of Santa Cruz with an awesome natural arch. Below the arch was a flat rock area about 5' above the rest of the beach. A perfect natural stage with beach in front, epic cliffs on one side and the Pacific ocean on the other side. Bands would play there using generators. Eventually the arch fell down. Shiat happens. Bonny Doon beach.

Well. I could have  disinterested, or floated out to see, put on a large truck and driven away, but the most likely explanation is thatit was beamed up by aliens.

Most of the red rock that the tea cup was made of crumbles easily. Try walking along any red rock or red sandy area on PEI without coming home with infinate amounts of red dust and red mud staining your clothes.
There is a huge iron content that makes it red, but it shatters like shale.
Lived on the Island for a good 20 yrs.
