Welp, some scientists were wrong back then, so nothing any scientist says can be trusted, therefore climate change, covid vaccines, the moon landings, and Thomas Dolby are all hoaxes.

No, the point is that no one is *debating* that.  One (rational) side would be willing to debate it - as an actual debate, but the other (loony) side just wants to screech and fling feces.
