i whisked 3 eggs with a little dijon, an equal amount of mayo, a tiny splash of half and half, and a sprinkle of everglades seasoning (spices and MSG) and they taste very good, coming from a person who usually only makes easy-over eggs. my scramble lacks cheese but is very moist and fluffy, you'd never pick out the dijon as an individual flavor, but the net effect is very nice.

so i've gotta grudgingly give this one to ms. lower and her tiktok friend, yikes!
