sitting here looking at this comment, wondering at human nature.
"i don't care about x, but i do care that strangers should know that i don't care about x."
it reminds me of the more insecure middle-school kids, who would hurry to broadcast their disdain of anything outre' before they could be accused of condoning it.

Nowt so queer as folk.  (> nothing as odd as people")

"The show featured a host of guest stars including Kim Cattrall, Juliette Lewis, Ed Begley Jr., and Nyle DiMarco"

Uuuuh, way to have the finger on the pulse there.

From the two promos I've seen they have a show that appears to be about an obviously gay man who's cosplaying as a "husband" with a family of trash reality people. And the other is about a boat full of promiscuous millennials.

Well, that was an underwhelming Google search.

They have a ton of stuff, mostly back catalogs of tv shows, but it's a lot.

The original American Queer as Folk was excellent for representation at the time. With queer representation more prevalent now, a reboot seems unnecessary.

It also amused me when my NYC queer friends visited me in Pittsburgh, they always asked, "Where's Babylon?!" The only gay club Downtown was Pegasus, which was a basement club that really didn't have much to offer.

Hah yeah, it was hilarious how insanely inaccurate the show was on that front. Why even set it in Pittsburgh, then? I never got that.

Without this show's gay characters, for representation, gay people are just going to have to settle for every single female cop of color on every show being gay for some strange reason. And also Noah Benson.

Cop of Color is the name of my police union NWA cover band.

The original British version was set in Manchester so the US producers thought, "American city on the brink of collapse? Pittsburgh!" The thing is, the city was just kickstarting its tech and medical industry renaissance.

????? I think we've reached peak LGBTQIA+ representation.  Because I can't even find the name of my favorite.
It's this girl and she is an addict. And her mom got rid of her package.  And this kid killed this dude.
Little help? Please.  TIA.
