the um, the door is blocked open with a bundle of firewood at one point in the video. dude is encouraging behaviour that could get the bear killed so he can record his super-cool brush with wildlife. this is not ok.
yes i like looking at bears, (i'm not a monster), but this is dangerous for them

I'm somewhat confused.
Fanu (fmunna83pk), a Pakistani who apparently works at the River Rd 7-Eleven in Olympic Valley near Tahoe, has been posting lots of these bear videos to his TikTok and appearing to say he took them. Maybe he is just posting his cow-orker's videos because they don't have TikTok accounts.

I've been unable to find news of any official response to this bear problem.

In that thread I tried to track down where it happened and the source. Fanu's TikTok does appear to be the external source but Storyful credits Rachelle Ducusin with taking one of his earlier videos.
