In the vid the vet is quoted that she probaby aspirated some milk while nursing.

Getting anything in the lungs that shouldn't be there will severely F you up, especially at that young an age. It's why, partly at least, you're instructed to not eat at least 12 hours before a surgery. If they have to intubate you for some reason, or the anisthetic makes you vomit and aspirate the food it'll cause so many problems for you.
