Wanna bet one Ruble that this is all made up, starting with the bombing ? My theory is that Dugina became a liability and was put on the chopping block. So the FSB just blew her on a false flag op, so they could use it to pin the blame on some made up dude and extend it to the UK, Ukraine and Estonia.

The bomber, the Orcs say, left Russia for Estonia after setting it up.  This is likely an attempt to generate causus belli for an invasion of the Baltic states.

So, the girl's father is Aleksander Dugin.  He's portrayed as a Russian nationalist. However, look at that picture of Asia behind him.  I don't think he's a Russian Nationalist at all.
