Russia will just repurpose the facilities they vacated so they can manufacture the Blyat CCCPC, which will run a defenestrated version of Windows that they promise will have absolutely zero spyware on it.

What facilities? A bunch of offices with computers containing no information and no access to anything?

Took just six months?  That's blindingly fast for a 'Just in Time' company.

The only game it plays is S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

That was actually created by a Ukrainian developer:

Which makes sense because Chernobyl is located in Ukraine.

Yep.  Sounds less like a moral decision and more like inventory has drawn down since sanctions have been in effect.

"Well, now that we're out of stuff to sell here we'll market our closure to self-righteousness.  Brilliant!!"

I received bad customer service from Dell in 1999 and have refused to do business with them ever since.

Have you tried ordering servers, RAIDs, replacement drives for RAIDS, or anything like that from Dell recently?

'Just in Time' = 'months after we actually needed it.'

If you read the article

"The company halted sales in Russia in March. Now a Dell spokesperson has told Reuters that it "closed our offices and ceased all Russian operations" in mid-August, too."

Not for at least 30 years.  They bleeped me over long and hard, I never did business with them again.  This wasn't a dozen PCs with standard blah blah blah.  I was running a refresh for all deployed servers, HQ raids, HQ servers and switches, new PCs, i.e. ever damned thing.  Scrubbed off the model names, kept the base config and sent the job back out for bids.  Took a two weeks... me snarling every step of the way.

I read it the same way, as if they where honouring their contractual obligations for service and warranty for 6 months. Well, 5 months...

Seems fair enough to me.

Also it makes me happy that I live in the EU where their obligations would have been 24 months. I guess Russians are less fortunate.
