These people are why locals and seasonal workers can no longer afford housing. Take your "investment" and get farked. Let local people live where they work without having to pay an additional amount because of your passive investment portfolio reducing long term housing stock.

I like these very relatable stories they constantly push out about how average, very well off people can make even more money relatively easily by virtue of their already being wealthy. It's so inspiring.

Meh, the people in TFA actually split their time between their two houses, which are located in the middle of a Californian forest and Brazil, respectively. They're not the problem.

It's the landlord corporations buying 50 units in the middle of the city to rent out on Airbnb that are the problem.
