I always find abandoned places fascinating. Hard to imagine that this was a hub of vacationers in a different era.

I've been in there, walked around the entire campus.

It was weird as hell, it almost looked like everyone just stopped working in the middle of a day and left. There were still clothes in washers and dryers, etc

There were definitely hobos or teens living in what was left of the dorms at the time, plenty to indicate habitation by someone.

I went to college with Jimmy Grossinger. It's weird seeing someone in the dorm hall with a huge resort towel wrapped around him - with his name on it.  He was in Statler High (real name: Nolan School of Hotel Administration)
