A friend's mom has Lupus. She got really spooked during the Covid Trump derp, because she relies on hydroxychloroquine as part of her multi-drug regimen and there were concerns of shortages for people who actually need it. 

She functions okay with pretty intense healthcare, but I'm sure without it she would be an absolute mess.
