I feel like the variation between people is great enough that I don't have to worry absorption rate.

Right. I mean left. No, right. Does this advice work with blotter acid?

Might want to lean left, so it doesn't dissolve too fast. That much salt could really throw you out of whack if you don't give your kidneys enough time to catch up

If I'm left handed do I lean the other way? What if I'm in Australia?
What about daylight savings time? Do I take my pill an hour early/late?
Do I still take pills on February 29th?
Can I take 7 for the whole week at one time?
I NEED ANSWERS

Since medication is prescribed based on the results of studies of their effects... I would bet dosages are set based on the average posture.  Knowing that, leaning right or left for a while after taking them could over or under dose you compared to your doctor's intention as less or more of the drug is destroyed in the stomach before making it to your intestinal tract.

I wouldn't mess around with that unless and until they've studied it in clinical trials and the instructions to lean (or not) are printed on the pill bottle.

For a pill for acute symptom relief like ibuprofen it might make a difference in how quickly it works. For your once a day chronic meds not really important.

Not if you're left handed, but if you have situs inversus, you would.

And in Australia, since they're upside down, the pills go in from the bottom.

Studies that find you aren't doing something wrong don't get free media hype, if they get published at all.

This automatically throws shade on studies that find you've been doing whatever wrong all along, even if they aren't based on what looks like three steps down from Sim Ant.
