This is an ad but they did release the Malone recipe in the TOS for NBC mediocre streaming service, which I get for free an have yet to use.

Love chili, spent some time tweaking, testing methods and whatnot

2 things stood out big time when making traditional chili:

-adding onions/peppers/garlic to meat that is 1/2 - 2/3 cooked through (drain some of the fat first.) Cook for a bit then add your tomatoes/seasonings/liquid

-making your cooking liquid by boiling down beer and beef bones, reducing like 6 beers into 2
