Kennesaw's not exactly a town to cause trouble in.

Well, I'll be.

Is there anything they can't do?

Sims, who was wearing an ankle monitor, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court for a 2018 homicide.

So he had an ankle monitor, but they couldn't find him to arrest him for the outstanding warrant?

Ask any cop, he'll tell you that law enforcement's biggest weapon is the average criminal's stupidity.

"Am I under arrest?"

"No."

"Am I under arrest?"

"No ..."

"Am I under arrest?"

*sigh*  "Yeah."

Take him out and have him shot.

Sure, they do.

Sims, who was wearing an ankle monitor, is accused of setting a car on fire with a dead woman inside of it in October 2018 during a drug deal gone wrong

That's classic, old school crime. Proper giallo that is.

Being accuse of roasting a corpse is a "stroll around town with an ankle monitor" offense in Georgia?

McD's fries are awful, although they used to be the best.   Wendy's has decent fries, especially with their chili.   Arby's has good fries.  This fellow has a history of poor life choices.

Who expects quality anything from McD's?

Not all monitors have GPS. Some just send a signal alerting the authorities of a breach and otherwise don't do much of anything.

since i was a child i have watched way too much crime TV. you are spot-on. people give it up on themselves and their associates regularly. idiot criminals make it easy to be a cop.

It amazes me that people still get caught because they took their cell phone with them to commit a crime or googled something incriminating or even talk to the cops without a lawyer.

What do they mean, "gone wrong"? All my drug deals go like that. I thought it was tradition.
