Welcome, creative Farkers, to the Fark Arting Thread!

Share artwork/creative projects past, present, and in progress, embracing all disciplines and various hobbies or crafts: cooking, baking, brewing, quilting, needlework, sculpting, drawing, painting, metalsmithing, woodworking, found art, digital, film, musical, and more. Anything creative you'd like to show off.

This is a community of inspiration, support, advice, ideas, and techniques. Even if you'd rather not submit anything, feel free to join the conversation. Anyone with experience in a specific discipline is more than welcome to share tips and tricks. This is a gallery, but also a place to talk shop.

If you offer advice or critique, please be kind.

I have a special request for anyone creatively inclined in the Graphic Design dept.

Our friends from the weekly Caturday thread need our logo design help:

"Hey there! The Caturday clan has asked that we get a logo for the Helper Piranha. Helper Piranha are those wonderful, kind, giving farkers who see someone in need, and will fight each other to get to help. These ladies and gents have helped with everything from vet bills to heating bills to basics needed for medical emergencies. They are truly wonderful people, and have asked that I beg, borrow or steal a logo. So... help?

In addition to piranha, we tend to quote Ohana..."

If you need further info, let me know. Please note this is pro bono. However, you will receive their love and gratitude forever more.

I am brainstorming as well. If anyone would like to collaborate, I'm happy to do so. Thank you!

This is a watercolor I did from a photo taken by a friend at their place in northern Wisconsin. I loved the composition and the contrast between the birch trees and the other foliage, so I had to do a painting from it.

Figured out a better approach to "vector" style animations, and the results are sharper and (imo) look better.

I'm in the midst of creating a Dark Victorian campaign for D&D. Think Shadowrun in a grimdark steampunk industrial setting rather than a grimdark cyberpunk setting... The campaign will take place primarily in the city, which is a stand-in for Late Victorian London. I've put well over 160 hours into this map and it's still not complete...
