What if this whole week has been a distraction from the ABORTION ruling?

He missed a few like Weiselberg not getting his case thrown out, Rudy and  Ladybugs trouble in Georgia, a drop in gas prices, his Pap smear showing multiple tumors, and Dark Brandon securing a big legislative win.

I only made one of these up.

And Time's 2021 Person of the Year, Elon Musk, is falling apart, too. I know that seems a non sequitor, but at least in this small window of time, dangerous, hideous, soul-sucking bullshiat artists are having a bad time.

I wasn't convinced any of this was true but, sure enough, non-disclosure agreements won't be enforce.

I had no idea about the NDA thing - Jeff Sessions must be dancing in his little tree!

This week is like Karma-palooza:  Dark Brandon Beast Mode.

In hindsight, maybe he should have sprinkled Sweet & Low on his corn flakes for his pre-court breakfast instead of a tablespoon of "Escobar's Choice."

As Ron White joked "I had the right to remain silent, but I didn't have the ability."

A lot of wishful thinking too. None of the violations of the Espionage Act he's suspected of making carries the death penalty.

For sure. But he's definitely losing his NY businesses? He said Jr is going to jail? I'd just prefer a factual Trump had a shiatty week list. It'll be fun enough without the editorial.

Their only hope now is the promised return of JFK jr.

Jesus has had enough of their shiat.

And even people that didn't do anything illegal will probably have to talk to feds for a long time. Probably aren't a lot of them though. Trump has ruined so many idiots lives and a lot of them are still loyal to him and he hasn't lifted a finger to help them.

You had me worried with the pap smear one  - but then I realized that was the joke. Never thought I'd feel relief on behalf of a tumor, but here I am, happy they didn't develop any Trump.

And "OK" magazine (a People magazine wannabe, so the kind of publication she'd talk to) is reporting Ivanka Trump is severing ties with Trump Organization and won't do any more political appearances on her family's behalf.

That seems awful coincidental and totally not an indication that she and Jared are planning to flee to Israel.

That Trump stench permeates to all in his vicinity, and it is hard to clean off even with industrial strength cleansers.

Republicans are still locking arms and in lockstep with their talking points. They're everywhere they can be to publicly attack any gov't principal and agency involved, furiously flinging shiat every which way to see what sticks, hoping the flurry drowns out the legitimate.

If it weren't so horrifying in it's defense of violation, it would be farking amazing. Fark them all; if TFG drags them all down, they farking deserve it.

Person of the year is no big deal. I was Time Person of the Year in 2006, and then again in 2011. (For real; look it up)

Isn't that the gimmick? I thought that's where the character name Q comes from - that he has Q clearance and it's how he's getting all his stories.

Most of what this guy says...well I want more than just his say so.  The NDA yhing is real.  Jr. NOT taking the 5th as well as Jarvanka is real.  That Alvin in Manhattan has gotten his thumb out?  The rest?  Wait and see.  Meadows would be a BIG deal.

I'm reminded of an ancient adage (origin Greece but author indeterminate) and a Freidrich Schiller quote from 'Don Carlos'.  The second is "Against stupidity the Gods themselves contend in vain."  The first is often cited as "The mills of the Gods grind slowly but exceedingly fine".

peterquince: Isn't that the gimmick? I thought that's where the character name Q comes from - that he has Q clearance and it's how he's getting all his stories.

Yes and no. It started off as 4chan prank. The original "Q" poster likely got it from an episode of Archer, where Sterling tries to talk his way out of a standoff with the CIA by claiming he has "Q Clearance".

But that's all it is: A Department of Energy clearance. It's not NatSec, has nothing to do with NatSec, and nothing he suggested that he knew was ever true, or ever came true. But he was just cryptic enough to send everyone's autistic paranoid apophenia brains wild, dissecting his minimalist interrogative language like Beatles lyrics and spinning wild Helter Skelter-esque ideas about big epoch changing events.

The original Q conspiracy centered around Robert Mueller. The narrative goes: Mueller and Trump were really working side by side to uncover a global ring of pedophiles and child slavery, and that Trump was pretending to play dumb and Mueller was pretending to go after him. The Mueller report was supposed to expose the entire outfit and thousands of liberals and Democrats -- from Oprah Winfrey to Tom Hanks to Nancy Pelosi to Bill Gates and of course the Clintons -- would be arrested on the spot in a giant globe-spanning sting operation. Ironically, one of the names not on the list was Jeffrey Epstein (nor Ghislaine Maxwell).

When the report dropped and nothing happened, like William Miller's followers the Q faithful struggled with what to do next, and that's when Q forked into several other things, most of it hijacked by endtimes Evangelicals. Now it's its own thing, no one's in charge of it, and the original Q poster hasn't posted in years. This is how a cult becomes a religion.

Sipposedly.  Probably even.  Trouble is disclosing the existence of that clearance is itself a crime.
