who cares! where's the "dude where's my car?" original manuscript? I bet that would fetch a pretty penny

Alternate ending:
Dracula saves the love of his life from certain death, she asks, "What took you so long?" and he answers, "Traffic was a biatch." They embrace and kiss. The End.

Fark! Something's screwing up my posts.

Also keeping with the whole scotsman theme, Dracula was supposed to have a full sequined kilt in ballroom decor, instead of his trademark cape, he was supposed to blind you with elegance!

This will draw a mad stampede of all the rich and successful goths!

If you have $2 million to spend on a book, i guess you wont really miss the money...
2002-02-27 01:56:17 PM
I'm sure this is the most interesting story I'll read this week. Very cool... One day I hope to have the financial clout to blow 2M on something like this.

Heavily amended in ink, the typescript also contains an ending never seen by generations of readers - a graphic description of the destruction of Castle Dracula in a sudden volcanic cataclysm.

Ick. Good thing he changed it.

Maybe Jerry Bruckheimer will do a version with the old ending. Starring John Travolta as Dracula.

I wish I could buy this... oh wait... thats money I could use on hookers booze AND blow??? well hell... why am I wasting 2 million!

Are there any Led Zeppelin songs that are not about women or love?
2002-02-27 02:02:22 PM
But, does it come with director's commentary? How about a wacky outtake reel? You'd think for $2M they might throw some extras in. Sheesh.

Some damn expensive toilet paper.

Sounds like a good read. When I get home from the day shift at Subway,me and my erotic night lover Galathriel will put on the Cure and bathe together whilst reading to each other about the great Vampeyr. It is such a shame blood is so hard to get.Christ, you bastard! We will make due with Galathriel's hair dye,I guess, and after the cauldron water grows cold we shall retire to our chamber and make sweet love in the light of the dark moonlight.Although it is getting overcast.I have to be the woman tonight since Galathriel was last time, which I hate since he pushes too hard.Such is the fate of a cool, counterculture, alterna dark angsty goth.

Wow, now that is some serious ROI, considering it originally cost like what... a quarter?
2002-02-27 02:27:26 PM
