Jake Havechek: Have they checked the Appalachian Trail?

Welp. Somebody get the lights.

She looks tired, don't you think so?

They didn't say she was HIV negative, though.

They say she's hiking the Appalachian trail but I bet she's humping some Appalachian tail.
Sexy.

There are a slew of governors who I wouldn't mind missing... forever.

2022-08-11 11:36:04 PM
Seems oddly specific.

Man, I'm so glad I left Alabama. But I moved to Florida, so it's a lateral move at best. At least there is work here and no state income tax, or tax of food like Alabama

Where in the world is Governor Mamaw? Wandering around in her nightgown at a Circle K outside Tuscaloosa?

2022-08-11 11:41:57 PM
And her hubby reportedly doesn't have botflies coming out of his ween, either.

Came for a "Governor Meemaw" reference, came damn close.

Wild speculation:  She's somewhere like Mexico seeing con men faith healers because her cancer has become untreatable

/fark cancer
//But also fark Kay Ivey

She had cancer a few years ago, it's reasonable they'd address that specifically.

2022-08-11 11:52:18 PM
Would seem like karma if she got ovarian cancer and doctors denied her care so she died in an alley.

2022-08-11 11:54:58 PM
She's dying of 'rona. I'll bet on it.

2022-08-12 12:01:02 AM
She got monkey pox?

2022-08-12 12:08:18 AM
Probably diabetes related.

2022-08-12 12:11:46 AM
Hope it's something serious...

2022-08-12 12:27:44 AM
She's probably fallen and y'all haven't checked in on her yet.

Even though I'm no fan of her political party, I'm giving Gov. Meemaw a break on this one.
It's August in Alabama, and she's kind of old. She OUGHT to be sitting at home in the air conditioning, her feet propped up and drinking sweet tea while she watches the Hallmark Channel.

The Governor is just fine and free to pursue a life of religious fulfillment

Perhaps she's just marinating in her bile and hate for a few weeks. Or extracting the essence of young children.

Well this was like the most helpful Fark thread ever.

Having been to both and lived in AL for many years... I kinda think you downgraded tbh

She's probably pregnant and considering her abortion options.

2022-08-12 6:12:27 AM
Finally, cancer got someone who deserved it. Hope she's suffering.

I doubt she could hike to the Golden Corral

The governor here in Alabama has almost no power. Various lobbyists have way more power than her. It is designed so that the governor's office is mostly ceremonious. The state legislature has the real power. If I had to guess, I'd say she's on a bender. That lady is drunk 24/7. I saw her speak at around 0900 a few years ago. She thought a room of kids were diplomats and gave them a 15 minute speech about what she thought was their job. It was funny and sad at the same time.

2022-08-12 8:18:35 AM
Maybe she finally became 100% arsehole and shiat herself out of existence.

2022-08-12 9:36:06 AM
Calm down, everybody.  She's just out of state getting an abortion.

The Alabama Constitution (+350k words) is the longest, most amended constitution (+900) in the farking world

It'd be nice if that stupid farking idiot died. Or went missing. Either one I'm fine with.

Hearing from another Farker that she's a drunk doesn't even surprise me.

I assume any Republican now is some combination of drunk/high, brain damaged (like dementia) and mentally ill.

Sometimes all 3 at once.

I bet you're a blast at parties.
