I blame it on them removing the ability to feed the monkeys by fencing them off in the wild safari drive-thru

sure, that was and still is explicitly prohibited and ended in the early 00s, but that was my only positive memory of Six Flags as a whole.

Basically the poor customers can't afford even discounted tickets now so they are ending the discounts and trying to reach out to a wealthier clientele to make up for lost revenue.

Were those animatronic monkeys?  Or did they have real monkeys?

I have annual passes to Six Flags over Georgia. The last time I was there last year it was crammed full, half the rides were closed, food was at least an hour wait, and the parking lot was beyond full, and more people were packing in. We walked around the perimeter and left.

Going to be honest, I kind of expected an amusement park in Georgia to be a huge let down. I mean, they have to compete with the huge world class amusement parks a state over.

If it was 95 degrees F and 70% humidity then they got their moneys worth.
