I'm so embarrassed this weenie is in my state.

Hangs head in shame.

It sounds like they got the cream of the crop to line up for this.

Crosses fingers.

I'm not sure they know what they're doing.. but 'free speech' does not involve trying to murder the vice president and Congress.

Guy couldn't hop a three foot platform without a hand up and makeshift barricade ladder? Pathetic.

Griffin's anticipated argument - that the Disqualification Clause of the 14th Amendment is itself unconstitutional - doesn't hold water, the brief says, arguing that its never envisioned it in conflict with the First Amendment, as Griffin would suggest.

IANAL, but I have to say that I find the argument that a part of the Constitution is unconstitutional sounds quite novel, to say the least.

The framers of the constitution could have written the Bible in the way it is written so vaguely as to need a panel of 9 white men to constantly interpret it to assure only the (R)ight people (R)eceive  justice.

Gotta make sure to keep the unwashed out of the decision making.

Being disqualified won't stop him. There's no consequences for these people. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean they won't do it and get away with it.

Has Tangerine Twatwaffle been convicted yet? Once he has been actually convicted of charges related to insurrection, then this prohibition would apply to him.

It's pronounced 'coy' but I generally go with 'asshole', it's closer to the truth.
