Bandit is the most relatable character on TV, aside from his ability to find hours to play with his kids at all times.

Well fark, i didnt know some random white biatch was the authority on what the most anticipated tv show of the year is. When did we all vote and make her the worldwide authority on what good tv is?

That's a bunch of hostility to just say, "I don't care." You may want to go outside for a bit.

I watched unicorse with the kids yesterday and was laughing the whole time. They really don't drop in quality.

My kids could live on Bluey and Big City Greens (simpsons for kids).

It takes a turn when they eat someone's baby.

He has a preternatural patience. After watching Bluey, my children always want to do the things they do to their dad to me, and... it doesn't always go well.

do they have an episode where dad goes in to get fixed?

Yeah, go touch some grass. Blink at the sun. Maybe don't pop any kids' balloons.

Yep. Bluey, Big City Greens, and Gravity Falls are some of the few I can enjoy with the kiddo.

Honest question: I have a 6 and a 2. Should we be watching this?

Sometimes I feel reservoirs dogs is going right over their heads.

/last part not so honest.

Absolutely. I have a 6 and two 3 year olds and it's a good middle ground for everyone (parents and kids).

Disney channel has it on mornings, so it's become our breakfast/get dressed background.

Kudos to Rusty's dad for going with the flow/always being aware of what made up game Bluey's family is playing.

one of the few kids shows I can tolerate, and my kids actually will watch on purpose, most of the time they are just watching idiots on youtube.

I have a 9 and 7 year old and they still obsess over Bluey. We got the Season 1 DVDs from our local library at least a year ago, and I ripped them and put them on our home media server. Its the most watched kids content on there by a long margin.

this is one of the best cartoons I've seen yet for kids.  that being said, I do have a strict Bluey limit in the house b/c sooo many things on this show are setting up really skewed expectations from parents.  Parents dropping everything to play with the kids every single time the kids ask, parents engaging in pretend games in the supermarket that has the dad having to sit on a shelf with the toilet paper for an extended period of time, using the dad like playground equipment, Dad being able to be incredibly late to work b/c he agreed to be pulled into a game.  It's a really lovely show, when your kid starts to think their family and town is normal it's time to pull the plug.

Never heard of this show, but I also don't have kids.

Not sure the woman writing the article has an accurate view of the world, but there are plenty of cartoons that are meant for kids that parents enjoy as well. It's like Pixar working in things only the adults would understand so they can get a chuckle while watching something more geared towards kids.

Based on the comments here, it sounds like something I wouldn't bother with but it's always good that there is quality material out there for kids.

Bill Cypher is still alive.

When you watch it's final moments alive, backwards, his gibberish turns into "...I will return"

Add "the amazing world of gumball"  to that list and that's my house. 8-year-old twins, boy and a girl, and they love all of those shows. Much better than them watching YouTube or some of the other dreck that's out there.

The Grannies in both Bluey, and in Big City Greens are the best.

New ? *checks article*, oh you American's are talking about Season 3, which we got this year already, and last ep (which you may have trouble understanding) was played 23rd June... so I should laugh in Australian at this story.

If you have Disney, watch an episode or two and see if it hits. If it doesn't it's like 15 minutes of your life.
Love it, personally.
