Sounds like grounds for divorce to me, nullifying any prenup hopefully.

Take him to court and get an award for whatever assets he has left.

F*ck Jones.

I'm not a lawyer but I would think it would be against the rules (or at least highly unethical) for a lawyer to talk about personal stuff he had access to for the purposes of a trial if it has nothing to do with the trial.

He could probably report it to law enforcement if he believed a law was being broken but not leak details like that to the public on purpose.

Bankston even admits it was provided to him in error.  Fair game in using it to go after Jones in the trial - even using it to go after him for perjury would make sense but leaking other salacious details seems wrong and malpracticey.

I really want to believe whatever that lawyer saw on Jones's phones was so horrible he just realized it needed to see the light of day and fell on the grenade.

I can't even imagine what's on there it's gotta be a worse version of 4chan or 8chan. Like a 64chan or something.

lawyers are the only ones allowed to lie in a courtroom.

Isn't this lawyer also representing similar clients in other cases?  might as well get it on record now and save the time.

These really are the worst farking people.

I had some bad breakups, but never once would I have thought of sending nude pics of the person to a dollar-store Batman villain. I've been drunk, but never so drunk as to send pictures of little Towatchoverme to an off-the-strip wax knockoff of Wolverine.

Just ... fark these horrible, shiatty assed people.

Jones publicly announced that they had nude photos of his wife first, omitting that he sent them in text messages, Bankston just clarified the details after it was public info.

Do you think that the ex-wife of Alex Jones has an interest in knowing that photos of her were shared with Roger Stone?

And the argument of the lawyer is that there is a public interest in knowing that Alex Jones may have shared non-consensual imagery.

Salacious, yes. But the lawyer is not submitting the photos to the public, only that they were shared, which is certainly of interest to the ex-wife of Alex Jones, and arguably in the public interest to be aware of.
