So Geezer Butler and Bill Ward are both left out of a performance where it all started?!? Damn you Sharon.

My man Ozzy's life-saving surgery worked apparently.

I thought Ozzy had some major surgery recently that was either going fix his ATV accident injuries once and for all or put him in a wheelchair at the old folks home? Or was that just Sharon playing it up for attention?

Removing and re-aligning pins in June.  7+ weeks.  Seems like a pretty good recovery rate for an Oldie (who can afford private doctors...), average for someone in mid-life.

Look for a special release of the recording soon! Sharon and Ozzy just have to hit Home Depot to find a guitarist to overdub Tony's parts.

Ward isn't in the best of shape.

That's why he didn't join them on The End Tour. Ozzy and Tony thought he wouldn't live through it.

/Good to see The Madman back on stage doing what he loves!
//Doubt he'll do a full tour, but if he does, I'm getting tickets!

I just felt like blaming Sharon like everyone else does, hehe... and know Ozzy and Tony just recorded a new song together recently. So those two being on stage together is the next best thing even if they didn't play it.

Due to their age, the song title is now Iron Supplement Man.

Those guys are legends; I'd kill for one more album from the original four

I stopped clicking on Rolling Stone links years ago when they put up a paywall. I assume they are still the same. Fark whoever posted this crap.

I wouldn't go for just Ozzy and Tony. I would go for Tony,Geezer and Vinnie with any of the other Sabbath vocalists. Ozzy is a deal breaker for me.

Was he singing live though? His crowd comments seemee live but not everything else.. which could be a situation where that performance needs to be mined anyways because of how it's set up

I have loved Sabbath for decades. They are, far and away, my favorite band.

But after 13, I think I'll pass on a new album. It was so badly overcompressed and bass boosted. The tour for it, however, was farking awesome. Saw them in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. In Austin, at the Frank Irwin Center, Rival Sons didn't open for them.

It was a bummer not seeing Bill Ward, but I understand why, and Tommy Clufetos did a great job filling in.
