Miller is a gross turd who acts like they have far more talent than they do. Though from what I've seen of their acting, this is not hard to do.

Kevin Armstrong, who worked as an extra on "The Stand," recently spoke with Business Insider (via CBR) about starring alongside Miller on the horror series.

Make up your farking mind.

Shouted at people and spit at them?  I guarantee someone hasn't had a proper beatdown, which would have put an end to that real quick.

Bi-Polar? Schizophrenic? Sociopathic? BPD? who knows. But what people NEED to know is he needs to be removed from being around minors and movie sets (and likely the general public) before someone gets really hurt or dead.

He does not seem to be that big of a star to be pulling that kind of stuff and you would think word would have gotten out about him and the offers would have stopped coming in for work.

Before all this shiatty behavior, I'd never heard of Ezra Miller. Celebrities usually get famous before they cultivate the arrogance to behave badly. For instance, Leonardo DiCaprio, Russell Crowe, and Winona Ryder. How did Miller think they had the juice to be a flagrant asshole and get away with it?

TJ

Miller was cancelled for less*, so I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

* based on number of items in their Wikipedia "Controversies and legal issues" sections: Ezra has 7 and TJ a mere 5.

He's a sick man who needs help.  He's going to probably end up in prison over his most recent antics (broke into a home to steal booze). Hopefully he gets what he needs while there and comes out better than he is.  Side note - If WB still releases the Flash w/o releasing Batgirl, they will get lawsuits.  The Flash project will get killed. The Toronto Film Festival announced today they are dropping his film about Salvadore Dali over the felony burglary charges.

I remember her being surprisingly not bad but then when you look at her supporting cast (and I do mean supporting) and the character she portrayed, it makes a sort of sense.

I have to be honest, this doesn't sound like a prison offense. Especially if you're rich. It sounds like rehab at the worst and probation. Maybe a few months in county, but not prison.

Emotional damages inflicted on people who take movies way too seriously?

I'm still surprised they were working on a Batgirl film all this time and hardly anyone knew about it until it was cancelled.

Armstrong claimed that Miller frequently mistreated their colleagues between takes in an attempt to provoke them. The reported incidents ranged from them shouting and spitting at people to telling offensive jokes about marginalized groups.

I know much ink has been spilled that thry may be bipolar, or suffering from untreated schizophrenia or lingering ptsd from abuse.

But reading this, I wonder if it's occurred to anyone that Miller may just be a collosal dick?

I pride myself on seeing the real person inside the faux exterior.... I could tell James Franco was a creep, Casey Affleck, Kevin Spacey, the dude on glee with a mohawk...

But this Ezra fooled me.... Saw him in Justice League, and  thought he was just this cool kid, nice kid....  Never would've guessed the kind of person he is, from the outside looking in.   But maybe he turned, since they shot that film, which is like 5 years ago now.

The effect is the same.

To the people who are affected by Miller's behavior (directors, costars, equipment operators, grips, even the craft services people), they don't care if the BS they're dealing with is the result of some untreated trauma or just the result of a crappy personality. All they care about is that this person is making their jobs a hell of a lot more difficult than they should be.

And if there is genuine talent that is being impacted by the conditions or behaviors (I'm looking at Robert Downey Junior here), then you find a way to get that talent some help. Most movies won't hesitate to send their actors to Dale Dye's boot camp, to fencing lessons, to music lessons, etc. as the role requires. Why would it be so hard to also send a star to a mental health practitioner throughout the production?

I guess I'm not following it very closely at all. I was surprised to hear Keaton was in it, since I thought that gimmick was reserved for Flashpoint.

And really, Aquaman 2 and the eternally delayed Flashpoint were the only ones I knew were in active production. I was also surprised to hear Black Adam and the Shazam sequel were already finished. The DC movies just don't hype themselves the way the MCU ones do. Heck, they don't hype themselves anywhere near as much as Sony pushed Morbius.

It was well known to DC fans.  Since it was going to HBO MAX and would show after "Flashpoint" was released , the first shots should have premiered at San Diego Comic Con.

But after the Discovery take over WB gave up their space on comic-con...Zaslav was sharpening his accounting knives.

As you can see: DC didn't even make that list?

Why?

WB had to make a Superman movie quickly.  The reason was because the family of Superman's creators were losing money when they saw how much Marvel was making.

Man of Steel had to be rushed into production. They picked Zack because he worked quickly

MoS was successful enough that they picked him to spearhead DCEU storylines. And he could do it quickly. They wanted to catch up with Marvel.

Wen Batman v Superman didn't make a billion dollars, nor was a critical darling (Had they released the Extended version it might have been better received) WB executives panic, reshot Suicide Squad to "Marvelize" it. Gave Snyder a new directive.  Snyder made the changes, was pushed/quit from Justice League who then hired Whedon to make it like the Avengers.  It made LESS money and ended up being a disaster by alienating the fans who liked Snyder's style and being too much like a marvel movie, without the actual talent to pull it off.

Flash movie became the way to do a soft reboot on the franchise.

COVID seriously delayed Aquaman 2 and Flash movie. Hamada actually had a decent plan, but it didn't please Zaslav

So yeah: WB executives have been really screwed things up for a while.

This twerp isn't famous enough to try to pull off Marlon Brando crazy. FFS, his biggest role so far has been the fifth lead in a superhero movie that is more known for its behind the scenes trouble than the movie itself.

He's replaceable.
