I saw it, but color blindness is not my problem, depth perception kicks my butt. Only found a he magic eye object once.

This one is better. You have 30 seconds to find all things wrong with this picture.

It's a sailboat.

I used to be able to do the magic eye pictures with ease, but eyes suck as you get older.

Not an optical illusion but this is a neat trick involving gradual change. It demonstrates how we usually don't notice when things change right before our eyes if it happens gradually enough.

callmeox: It's a schooner

Oh, don't get me started on schooners. Ugh. Went to Australia for work, great trip, but the first thing I did after getting off the flight and getting to my hotel was grab a beer.

Nice little pub with outdoor seating, waitress asks what I want, I order a beer off the list. "...and did you want the pint, or a schooner?"  Well, of course I want a farking schooner, right? Who would settle for a measly pint (even though it's an imperial pint, far superior to the US pints I'm used to)?

Well, promptly thereafter I'm served with this little glass of beer. Smaller than a pint. Not even a half-litre,
"Oh, I'm sorry, I wanted a schooner?"
"Yes, that is a schooner."
"But it's so small?"
"Yeeah, my last boyfriend had that problem too, love."

...and of course, I had no response to that, except for an instant, deep revulsion to schooners from that day forward.

I'm colorblind & didn't have a problem on that end; these aren't a color issue unless you're grayscale.  I knew where to look on the first one but hadn't adjusted to seeing the whole number.  Saw it after a few seconds on the second, which tuned my brain in to see it in the first.  3rd one I assumed was a colorblind version, but nope, just looking at the wrong part of the image.  These are more of a what's-different type search as everything is fuzzy along the outlines of the first two, and a hiding type for the rest, so not the magic-eye style or colorblind test.
