last times I've ever bought dijon, it (regardless of brand) seemed to be all salt and no piquance? maybe I've become out of touch. or maybe it's the children who are wrong.

meanwhile, we've done this one already, and I'll probably be ok for a while lol

Yep I have lots of mustard. A couple German varieties, standard Pommery, and spicy Pommery.

Oh my yes.

Don't order from Amazon though. The shipper/inventory tends to be crappy.

I mean I did buy my jar on Amazon and it was $10 (actually that's why I bought it). Pricy but good nonetheless.

But I'd pay up to buy it elsewhere.

I guess this does mean I'll jaunt down the condiment aisle at the outlet store. They usually have some decent mustard I've never tried.

The Sierra Nevada beer mustards were okay.

Honestly one of the best dijons that I have gotten is the Trader Joe's version, cheap and with a pretty nice kick.

I no longer respect you.

speaking of no respect... meh, while their mustard may be acceptable at best, they use HFCS (and sometimes corn syrup as well) in all their horseradish products. even the wasabi horseradish mustard. jfc/ffs.

That is the sweet/hot, so the sugar makes sense.
Seems pretty qualified and delicious to me.
YMMV... perhaps for other products?
