(OnlySky)   I'm shocked, shocked I say, that a Kansas school board would vote to force their own personal religious beliefs on others. Well not that shocked   (onlysky.media) divider line

Start wearing shirts with different names of demons on it. Make them prove they actually know a good god-damned thing about religion other than pushing it on others.

Plus, a Mephistopheles or Abadon shirt would look kinda cool.

Cool pay day coming for the Satanists.

This'll be upheld by the Supreme Court because the constitution doesn't mention t-shirts

I've made this prediction in other threads, and I'll repeat it here.
Before the year is out, there will be legislation proposed by Republicans that includes the words "witchcraft" or "sorcery."

The christian cult needs to be completely destroyed. This is war. All christians need to renounce their cult or this war will continue forever.

2022-08-07 5:25:29 PM
The dress code says "should not be worn," not "shall not be worn." A very important legal distinction that would come in VERY handy in court. She ought to send her kid to school in the "Satanism" shirt, let them discipline him, make sure it's known that Satanism is their religion and then sue the absolute shiat out of them, both in their official and personal capacities.

It's a religion problem.  We need to marginalize religion.  It's absurd that it still thrives.

Sorcery and Witchcraft are Protected by the Second Amendment!!
What part of "Shall not be infringed" do you not understand?

/There is a nonzero chance they will do as you predict.
//I am only half-kidding that this should be our response to it.

In all likelihood, this distinction helps the school district, not the parent.  When the dress code gets challenged, the district will say "the rule doesn't prohibit satanic shirts, it only gives teachers discretion to act if they determine that, in their opinion, a specific shirt is disruptive."

Hays, Kansas? Perhaps they should establish a set of morality guidelines and call it, I dunno, "The Hays Code".

This is 100% leftover rule from the 80s. They don't want Iron Maiden shirts or Motley Crue shirts.

They're going to hold off until next year when the new Republican-majority house takes it's seat.

Then you're going to see some really wackadoo stuff!

I think what this Mom needs to do is run out onto the football field after every game & pray to Satan, encourage/pressure her players, invite players from the other team & ppl from the bleachers to join her in a public show of faith, & then claim religious discrimination when the school puts her on administrative leave & then decides not to renew her contract.

I thought it was decided from the "Bong Hits For Jesus" t-shirt case that schools have the right to enforce a dress code.

/most assuredly NOT taking the Kansas school board's side on this

First Amendment violation for sure since it singles out a religion.

I'd say that they could just say no messages on clothing at all, but why bother?

The first amendment explicitly sets out how you have an absolute freedom of religious expressions that Christian moralists agree with.

They're specifically singling out a religion for discrimination, and made that clear in the board meeting.

Has nothing to do with dress code

If you can wear a Jesus Saves T shirt, then you should be able to wear a Hail Satan shirt.  Neither belongs in a public school.

I'm wearing a shirt with a picture of Baphomet on it captioned "God is busy. Can I help you?" right now, so I'm getting a kick...

If you want to test the Christoc*nts you wear a depiction of the stations of the cross.
Station 10:  Jesus is stripped of his clothing.

Next they will outlaw black cats and any purchase that ends in 666.

I have one that is the exact opposite of Kabbalistic diagrams - Qlippoth instead of Sephiroth. Malakim and demons instead of angels, etc. So far the only people who have recognized it are my Rabbi and an alchemist. They were stuck between laughing and horrified. None of the other self-described "Satanists" or "Magick" practitioners or "Left-Hand Pathers" recognized diddly. A couple of Christians thought the shirt with a Seraph - all six wings and seven eyes - was "Satanic"
