TFA is amusing- I smiled at super Mario at Ellis island.  Some of it reminded me a little of hipsters painting add ons over thrift store paintings.  Which is funny sometimes too.

The thing I like the best about the web throwing away serifs is that Al and AI look identical.

I had a lot of fun the other day with crAIon typing in things like "the worst horror imaginable" "terrible nightmarish creature" and stuff like that. Really freaky images, lots of teeth.

Doesn't matter if AI painted it. What matters is if AI can come up with a pretentious enough explanation of the piece to impress art critics.

/Art is what you can get away with, Dada out front should have told you.

it's art. the fook you cannot tell is it was made by a program that makes that or a person.
The person makes the program, so how would the program made by a person make art that was obviously not made by a real conscious mind. When a real conscious mind was responsible for programing it to create visual art in the first place?

All art = the appreciation of another mind.
If we all knew that pollock was 100% literally random creation, no contentious mind choices about what colors to  use or how hard to fling for larger smaller drops, and he keeps looking ta it and choosing here to fling what color and when to stop.

If he had created random no thought in it paint splotches, we'd not have had any real appreciation for "the creativity" in the first place, if we knew there really was none, just random happenstance.

The very idea that we're wiling to accept anything as art created by another mind is the big tell tale here on the reality that "is it made by a bot" is a fooking stupid question to ask. Doing so shows you are obviously ignorant of why art in the first place.

I forced the robot to draw a portrait of myself. One art, please!
