(Yahoo)   It seems the confidence of Trump successfully overthrowing the government was such that Roger Stone is the next idiot being followed by a film crew to record it for history   (yahoo.com) divider line

At some point people have to realize that these folks are not as dangerous as say, a black man selling cigarettes. And therefore we cannot possibly indict, charge, or prosecute any of them.

Of course he was confident. The guy has been a shiatbag his entire adult life. (Maybe he was a shiatbag as a teen, I don't know.) And he has gotten away with everything he's ever done. He even got a pardon for 7 felony convictions.

It doesn't even register with him that he could ever face consequences for anything he does. His brain no longer works like that (If it ever did.)

Roger Stone is a prime example why we need to prosecute everyone involved with the insurrection. Letting them get away with their various crimes only emboldens them & encourages them to be bigger shiatbags in the future.

They can use him for children's game day at a local elementary school. He's the perfect lawn dart: not pointed enough to be deadly, but just pointy to pierce the ground.

Confidence of Trump stealing  -or- confidence in Trump stealing?

I believe you mean in. Why have people lost the ability to use prepositions correctly?

I wonder how long until Stone throws the film crew under the bus? I can hear  the right wing sycophants now claiming that it is the film crew's fault because they recorded the parts they were not supposed to. That follows right wing "logic".

Which will make it all that much maddening when that doesn't happen.

I fully expect that not a single farking indictment will come from this.  Not one.  Not for Drumpf, not for his inner circle.  Nuthin'.

But, BOY are we gonna talk about it.  Oh, yes.  There will be many words.  So many words.  And when there are no consequences for these people, and the next election rolls around...

Well, then we will be loudly complaining about how the Democrats just suck at messaging and that's why we lost the House and the Senate.

That's because people saying things isn't a crime in America.

The entire gist of this 1/6 committee is "Trump and his people said a bunch of things we don't like"

That belongs in a campaign ad, not a court.

Uh, get on that sh#t, J6 committee.

I'm not sure where I saw some of the footage (it's been a few months), but after things went sideways January 6, I remember seeing Stone being filmed in a hotel room. Basically saying I'm out! I'm outta here! I'm not getting arrested! You guys can stay and get arrested if you want, I'm outta here!"
All while furiously shoving shiat in suitcase.

So he was committing crimes that day and knew he was committing crimes.

His skull had a massive protrusion on the forehead region before birth. Doctors didn't think he could be delivered via anything but a c-section, but his mom was a determined biatch that wanted to prove them wrong.

Didn't help him that she was really into kegel exercises, and now that protrusion is a concave one constantly pushing onto his brain.
